Commercial Project Manager
Are you able to easily switch between customers and production? Do you have a good sense of both commerce and technology? Additionally, do you feel at home in a production environment? As a Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the development process of new plastic products and ensuring they are ready for mass production. In addition, you will be involved in the pricing policy of your customers’ products and serve as the connecting factor between internal departments and external relationships.

Here's what you will do
As a Commercial Project Manager at Pentas, you will engage with our customers and translate their needs into a concrete project plan. You will identify the commercial, technical, quality, and logistical requirements of assigned customers and share them with the organization. With your attention to customer needs and technical knowledge, you will set the right actions or projects in motion. You will represent the interests of several international strategic customers in the automotive, leisure, machinery, and energy sectors. You will visit these customers a few times a year to maintain the relationship and discover what’s going on.

We would like you to
- A completed HBO education in technology/commerce (Technical Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a technical MBO education combined with a commercial HBO education);
- Relevant work experience in a similar role;
- Problem-solving skills;
- The ability to distinguish between main and side issues;
- Perseverance and a results-oriented hard worker;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, English, and German;
- Experience working in a production environment is a plus.
