Here's what you will do
As a production automation engineer, you are responsible for the further optimisation, improvement and efficiency of the production lines. The work is very diverse and every day is different. You might walk around the factory to see where there’s potential and the next moment you are consulting other departments about a new process to be developed. Or you work with ABB robots, which are programmed with RobotStudio, and find out how we can apply the newest techniques, such as cobots, vision and AGVs. Sharp as you are, you are our troubleshooter for complex malfunctions or when your colleagues from the Technical Department are unable to help.

We would like you to
- have an HBO thinking level
- have an affinity with electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanisation, industrialisation, robotics or automation;
- have experience in optimising processes in a production environment;
- know of and are curious about new technologies that apply to our process;
- be familiar with various robot control packages, such as RobotStudio and ABB software, and wish to improve your skills;
- be able to express yourself well orally and in writing;
- have an excellent command of the Dutch language.
